CHART NOTE

Significant laboratory values obtained include a normal urinalysis, electrolyte battery, SMA-20, and CBC, with a postoperative hemoglobin of 11.3.  Microscopic examination of the cervical specimen shows extensive CIN 3, with no residual dysplasia noted on the hysterectomy specimen.

DIAGNOSIS
Extensive carcinoma in situ of the uterine cervix.
